In late July 2010 the British Medical
Journal published a study called a "meta analysis". That means they analyzed
the results of 11 studies, combined these studies and came to the conclusion
that taking calcium supplementation of at least 500 mgm a day without Vitamin
D was associated with a 31% increase in the risk of heart attacks and a
smaller, insignificant increase in the chance of a stroke.
BoneMate Plus has combined
