SHIPPING POLICIES
We
process your order the next business day. Unicity does not process orders on
Saturday or Sunday. We ship by two methods: UPS or USPS
Items shipped by Unicity mostly
come by UPS ground, unless shipping to a PO Box. In that case the shipping
method is by Priority Mail.
When shipping directly from
Kentucky (those items we keep in stock), the usual shipping method is by
either priority mail or USPS ground.
With free shipping it is our
discretion, depending on price. You are guaranteed priority mail or two day
air if you pay for your shipping.
Currently any order with a
retail price of $60 or more is entitled to free ground shipping. If you wish
faster delivery, you may opt for more expensive shipping methods.
PRODUCT
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If
you are dissatisfied with your Unicity purchase, we will issue a refund or
exchange. You must contact us within 60 days of purchase. You will be
responsible for return postage if you choose to return a product, and you must
provide us with a written letter as to why you are returning the product. I
cannot get replacement product without this information, and no refund can be
issued without it. You must contact us prior to returning any product at

BACK
ORDERS
There
may be times when a product is "out of stock" and placed on a "Back Order"
status. These "Back Ordered" items will be shipped to you as soon as they are
available. An extra shipping fee is never charged if these items ship
separately. I try and let you know if the time delay is more than 3 days.
MISSING
ITEMS
Any
missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of
delivery. You may contact us by clicking on the link below. Please include the
order number in question. After this 5 day period there is no assurance of
replacement.
If for any reason that rare
occasion would arise where we find it necessary to refuse a transaction, you
would receive a full refund of any money you are due.
PAYMENT
METHODS
You may pay by Visa, Master
Card, American Express or Discover.
Orders that are paid by check will be processed
as soon as the check has cleared
For you convenience we also offer PayPal. With
Pay Pal you can also pay by any credit card or direct from your Pay Pal
Account. Please remember two things if paying with Pay Pal.

You MUST return to the web site when you
are finished paying. There is a button on PayPal for you to click and return
to our web site for final verification. If you do not do this, the transaction
does not properly record, and will end up in the abandoned status. You do not
properly receive your Receipt page when this happens.

If you pay from your PayPal Account, and it
draws from your bank account, it takes 2-3 days to complete the transaction.
We will not ship your order until notified by Pay Pal the transaction is
complete.
