Return Policy
PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you are dissatisfied with your Unicity purchase, we will issue a refund or exchange. You must contact us within 60 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return postage if you choose to return a product, and you must provide us with a written letter as to why you are returning the product. We cannot get replacement product without this information, and no refund can be issued without it. You must contact us prior to returning any product at 1-800-745-8821.       

If you refuse to accept a package and it is returned to us you will be given a refund for the product. However you will be charged a fee equal to our costs of shipping. This means your credit card will be reimbursed for your payment minus the shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We process your order the next business day ( Mon - Fri). We ship mainly by USPS Priority Mail. In almost all cases we ship our items to you directly from Kentucky. On occasion we will ship to you directly from Unicity. In either case your credit card will show a charge from WomensHealthShoppe.

When shipping directly from Kentucky the usual shipping method is by priority mail. Larger items are sometimes shipped by UPS, our discretion depending on price. USPS now has guaranteed 2-3 day delivery. We no longer offer expedited shipping as a routine. If you have a special need please call us.

BACK ORDERS
There may be times when a Unicity product is "out of stock" and placed on a "Back Order" status. These "Back Ordered" items will be shipped to you as soon as they are available. An extra shipping fee is never charged if these items ship separately. I try and let you know if the time delay is more than 3 days.

MISSING ITEMS
Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. You may contact us by the "contact us" page, or by calling. Please include the order number in question. After this 5 day period there is no assurance of replacement.

If for any reason that rare occasion would arise where we find it necessary to refuse a transaction, you would receive a full refund of any money you are due.

PAYMENT METHODS

You may pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover or PayPal, or check.

Orders that are paid by check will be processed as soon as the check has cleared. 

For your convenience we also offer PayPal. With Pay Pal you can also pay by any credit card or direct from your Pay Pal Account. Please remember two things if paying with Pay Pal:
  1. You MUST return to the web site when you are finished paying. There is a button on PayPal for you to click and return to our web site for final verification. If you do not do this, the transaction does not properly record, and will end up in the abandoned status. You do not properly receive your Receipt page when this happens.
  2. If you pay from your PayPal Account, and it draws from your bank account, it takes 2-3 days to complete the transaction. We will not ship your order until notified by Pay Pal the transaction is complete.
SALES TAX INFORMATION
Kentucky residents are charged a 6% sales tax.
